**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Own overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow
- Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
- Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experience designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile)
- Work with our in-house User Research department to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Communicate designs - Create meaningful UX deliverables such as sketching, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and presentations that help the team understand what to build and why
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs.
- Conduct and provide UX research about useability and functionality
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, characters, vectors, images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems simply and elegantly while taking care of every small detail.

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree in design or a related field
- +3 years of proven working experience in the design and user experience field
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX and measurements
- Able to mentor and grow junior UX designers
- An appreciation for the iterative nature of the design process
- Attention to detail and care for producing polished work
- A great portfolio of work and a track record
- Lead the design of the complex interface and user interaction layouts and graphics, most of the time balancing multiple online projects efficiently.
- Help to build digital design competitive analyses and other design deliverables for the discovery and design phases of projects.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe. cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills and creativity
