- Collaborate with the HR department to identify, interview, and hire employees for the company’s project team.
- Provide work schedules for employees and make adjustments related to leaves, paid vacations, and emergencies.
- Communicate department information to employees through individual and team meetings.
- Organize the company's management structure to streamline workflow, communication, and performance.
- Evaluate employee performance using a performance management system and set goals for employees on a quarterly basis.
Pay: From E£15,000.00 per month
