**Description**:
**Vodafone Returnship Program**:

- Returnship program is a paid-internship program for WOMEN who are out of the job market for 3 to 5 consecutive years due to marriage, giving birth, or other reasons.
- Duration is 6 months where the respective women joins in internship slots, by the end of the program, she recieves certification of completion and might land in full-time vacancies allocated for the program.
- The returnees will receive a full-fledged learning journey to accommodate them back to corporates and will enjoy the on-premises benefits such as new normal flexibility & nursery.

**Program Qualifications**:

- Women who have been out of work for at least 2-5 years
- Women who have work experience minimum of 2-3 years
- Women between 28-37 years old
**Role Profile**:
**Job Responsibility**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Review existing content and make sure to optimize the app/website in terms of product & service sorting and visualization.
- Ensure the timely and frequent update promos and offers.
- Manage and enhance all product details and work on improving the customer experience by providing relevant information that customers are looking for..
- Drive the content strategy and production of copies on the app/website with the responsibility to check any edits and proofread all materials.
- Communicate with all stakeholders to manage the copies and visuals implementation on the app/website.
- Deliver all new propositions and promotions from a content perspective.
- Assist in data analysis and KPIs tracking
**Key performance indicators**:

- Deliver prompt, accurate content management for all products, propositions and promotions on the app and website
- Working closely with the squads to deliver sprint tasks from a content perspective
