**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in backend development to join our dynamic team. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, oversee the technical aspects of projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions. **Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (6+ years) in backend development, with a strong understanding of modern technologies and frameworks
- Experience with our technologies stacks (PHP/Laravel/Magento/Python/.NET)
- Prior experience in a leadership role, leading and managing a team of engineers
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Passion for technology and a drive to stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments
