The development and implementation of plans to boost employee engagement within an organization by developing initiatives to raise the level of motivation, recognition and satisfaction among staff members and frequently collaborating with managers, supervisors, and other employees.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 6 months of experience in the same title or relevant title.
- Knowledge of Graphic Design.
- Graduate.
- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written).
- Arabic Language is a must.
- Working hours will be on a night shift basis.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement.
