Validation Officer Job Description

Roles& Responsibilities:
1.Supporting vendor management & other stakeholders to create new resources’ profiles on Eritop and enabling resource to access his profile.

2.Reviewing and validating resources’ EHS related documents and certificates, who are working for different projects & accounts.

3.To make sure that all field resources’ training courses status is aligned with the training matrix for each project.

4.Uploading EHS Credentials in resources’ profiles after validation & maintaining the resources’ database up to date.

5.Supporting vendor management to activate the profiles, if meet all EHS criteria.

6.Supporting vendor development team to update technical data on Eritop post training.

7.Identifying and resolving validation issues in cooperation with Eritop admin team.

8.Provide daily reports about progress of assigned tasks and support required if any.

9.Support stakeholders with required analysis and reports for resources compliance status and missing certificates.

10.Perform Quality measures and Audits to make sure work is performed as desired scope.

11.Oversee and identify the possible risks that may affect H&S, workflow, performance, etc, and must report all risks identified on time in the proper means of communication to urgency.

Background and Experience:
1.EHS certified OSHA or Nebosh.

2.EHS practical experience and strong knowledge (Telecom experience is advantage).

3.Computer literate.

Personal Competence:
1.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2.Ability to learn Ericsson Portfolio.

3.Understand Service Delivery Process.

4.Understand Change Management (Proactive mind set - always include a broader scope in mind when handling requests) 5.Presentation skills (Oral and written) 6.Proficiency in Microsoft office.

7.Creativity - ability to see and make things in a new or different way, capability of developing inspiration, innovation, or insight.

8.Drive - determination, focus, take the ups and downs, stick with things long enough to see them through.

9.Open minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams.

10.Responsiveness - ability to understand, quickly adapt and act upon new information, influences and information.

11.Ability and willingness to learn.
