**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Providing financial analysis and guidance to commercial leads and business units to ensure a maximum return on investment.
- Participate in and support the financial planning processes by providing timely analysis to commercial leads.
- Evaluates cluster and country financial results to ensure optimization of resources - making trade-offs across the business to identify opportunities and ideas for ensuring the appropriate investments for maximized return.
- Act as a business partner with commercial business units and leads to support optimal business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with Business Support Center and to align and deliver local market finance and business objectives.
- Performs special assignments on an ad hoc basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting the company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Finance. Preferably working experience in Finance with experience in a multinational company or Pharma background in FP&A.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and under pressure.
- Highly engaged, collaborative and a strong team player.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required.
- Business-level English skills (speaking and writing) required.
