**Working Hours**:
The working hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST to align with our office hours. In Egypt's time zone:
- During standard time (EET, UTC+2), the working hours will be 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM.
- During daylight saving time (EEST, UTC+3), which begins on April 25, 2025, the working hours will shift to 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze user data and website performance to identify conversion barriers within the Shopify environment.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes for multiple Shopify stores.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) and improve overall site usability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and user engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark conversion strategies against industry standards.
- Ability to manage and execute CRO for multiple Shopify stores simultaneously.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization roles, specifically for e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
- Strong expertise with A/B testing tools like VWO, AB Tasty or Optimizely tailored for Shopify Website Experimentation.
- Proficiently with behavioral tools like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for online conversions within e-commerce contexts.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools for predictive insights into user behavior specific to e-commerce.
- Experience in positioning and messaging analysis to refine brand communication strategies effectively within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Ability to conduct acquisition channel audits to assess the effectiveness of various marketing channels.
- Skilled in designing and conducting customer surveys for feedback on user experience.
- Proficient in user journey mapping to visualize and improve the customer experience.
- Strong capability to develop a structured A/B testing plan for continuous optimization.
- Experience in conversion funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and improve retention strategies.
- Knowledge of mobile UX optimization practices to enhance the shopping experience on mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
