Limpiar, restregar la suciedad, barrer, aspirar, lavar todas las piscinas, las terrazas alrededor de las piscinas y las fuentes decorativas. Limpiar los prefiltros y filtros de arena, cambiar y limpiar los filtros de cartucho, vaciar y rellenar los jacuzzi con agua fresca según sea necesario. Mezclar los productos químicos, rellenar los tanques con la mezcla de productos químicos, conocer y usar todos los equipos de protección personal. Leer e interpretar las Hojas de Datos de Seguridad de Materiales (MSDS). Ayudar en el mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones de agua en la propiedad. Ayudar en la reparación de todos los equipos fijos y rotativos relacionados con las instalaciones de agua o las piscinas. Ayudar a realizar la lectura de químicos en el agua y de los medidores de agua e ingresar los datos en los registros según sea necesario. Prestar servicio como personal de reserva para el mecánico de las piscinas, según sea necesario.

APTITUDES DESEABLES

Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa

de Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED).

Experiência laboral afín: Formación en habilidades mecánicas; conocimientos sobre el manejo de sillas elevadoras para personas con discapacidad; formación como operador de piscina certificado.

Experiência como supervisor: No se requiere experiência como supervisor.

APTITUDES OBLIGATORIAS

Licencia o certificación: Carnet de conducir válido

Certificación en reanimación cardiopulmonar

Certificación en primeros auxilios

Toda certificación o formación requerida por agencias locales y estatales.
