**Your tasks will include**:

- Responsibility for the Management and Architecture of ERP solution providing roadmaps for the full landscape, the primary focus is Dynamics AX 2012 and future journey to Dynamics 365
- Provide experience and understanding of software solutions, improvements and automation
- Continuously improve, optimize and ensure standards for software security, QA and audits as well as for performance metrics and measures
- Provide leadership to BA team to deliver projects spanning across multiple functions and automating End to End business process flows.
- Allocate technical resources and manage vendors

**To be a good fit for the Dynamics Solutions Manager role, you will have**:

- Degree in computer science, information systems or related field
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT with significant management background
- Previous experience with any of major ERP software solutions
- Experience within Production or Supply Chain industry
- Ability to map business activities into processes to optimize and deliver ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of lean enterprise process flow analysis and design is a significant plus
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
