Lead the payroll acquisition teams to achieve their objectives through formulating the relevant action plans and ensure a smooth implementation in accordance with the Branches Network overall strategy
Review and obtain the needed approvals for the existing and received payroll propositions from both Branches and Relationship Managers over the payroll companies granted-privileges to identify and recommend further enhancement opportunities that support growing the Bank’s payroll portfolio
Oversee the operations and quality teams and ensure that the complaints and concerns of payroll companies are addressed promptly and effectively to ensure the highest service quality level is delivered to the Bank’s existing and new payroll companies

Gather feedback from the Branches Network and Relationship Managers and work on the required enhancements for a competitive proposition to ensure the Banks competitive edge across the market and increase its market share

Monitor attrition of the existing portfolio in terms of company numbers, salary amounts & number of active employees, as well as reporting the reasons of inactive or any issues facing the business to the Head of Branches Network to decrease the number of inactive accounts and discuss any development plan.
Work closely with the products team to brainstorm and develop payroll products based on companies needs and customize new packages to attract new payroll deals

Monitor the Relationship Manager’s performance through on-going communications that includes sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, and news feed
Work closely with Corporate Banking and SMEs to reach the potential companies in order to generate new business through Corporate and SMEs referrals
Review with the Payroll Sales Supervisor daily activity to ensure that the team is achieving the Loans and Credit Cards targets and following the agreed set plan to achieve the required penetration needed for each company
