Job Summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Performance of regular scheduled service and maintenance compliance checks on modern SaaS solution
- Eyes on glass monitoring services using Cloud Watch and Dynatrace
- Log parsing and analysis
- Reactive support - show Analytical approach to problem solving, responding to incidents and returning services to an operational state
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot complex environments and Lead critical incident resolution
- Communicate with 3rd party providers to resolve complex issues
- Ensure accuracy and completion of data entry based on incidents and problems
- Investigate and Provide root cause analysis.
- Provide improvement ideas and influence other teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- Working experience with Linux/Unix environments, Windows experience is nice to have
- Working experience with AWS or other Public Cloud Platform
- Create and automate daily tasks using for example Bash, Python or Ansible
- Understanding service operations processes, ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus.
- Flexibility in using different technologies/platforms
- Good English
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and Proactiveness
- Motivated and enthusiastic to discover and learn new technologies
- Can work in 24x7 support model and on call.
