As a Tech Lead in Salesforce technology, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. **Responsibilities**:

- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and provide status reports to management.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure data integrity and security in Salesforce implementations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Salesforce environment.
- Advocate for best practices and contribute to the development of internal guidelines and standards.

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5y+ years of experience as Software Technical Lead.
- Experience with ( OOP- JAVA- REST API / SOAP API- API Management
- Full Stack
- Typescript - Node JS- Angular
- CI / CD- Architecture Design Pattern.
