We are a building material trading company based in KSA that is looking for a qualified Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient data management within our organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Enter and update data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of various transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to understand specific requirements related to orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate data entry tasks based on sales activities.
- Review data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on data entry activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to analyze data trends and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements and skills**
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Previous experience within the building materials industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: From E£6,000.00 per month
