**Responsibilities**:

- Handles internal IT support requests.
- Participates in the procurement process of assets and accessories.
- Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and backs up network devices and internet services.
- Participates in advanced data centre monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution activities and configuration management.
- Monitors and resolves servers and storage issues.
- Aligns proposed and implemented designs with security and strategic objectives.
- Documents troubleshooting and resolution procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any related field of studies.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
