Amentum is actively seeking a Lead Planner/Estimator for International Fleet Support under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS 326 Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) contract. **The work location will be at the Egyptian Naval Base in the port of Alexandria, Egypt.** This position includes a competitive benefits package.

**Essential responsibilities and daily duties include**:

- Oversees work performance and quality for all planners and technical writers assigned to the Egypt In-Country Team.
- Distributes workload to Planning staff to maximize efficiency.
- Maintains the NAVSEA-approved Work Package file and changes for each scheduled Egyptian Navy ship availability supported by a NAVSEA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case.
- Verifies work specifications with correctly identified Manpower and Trade skill sets.
- Supervises requisitioning of material required to complete authorized work specifications.
- Obtains all technical references and answers technical specification questions.
- Ensures Technical Writers track work specifications to prevent delays.
- Serve as the Lead Planner of the Amentum Planning and Estimating Team under the direction of the Availability/KPPO Manager and the In-Country Program Manager.
- Collaborate with all functional areas of the In-Country Team to facilitate workload planning activities for the Egyptian Navy.
- Provide timely and comprehensive inputs for the Monthly Status Report.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High School diploma or GED.
- One year of relevant experience providing work package planning and estimating support for naval vessel availabilities.
- One year of relevant experience as the Lead Planner.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5 years of relevant experience as a planner.
- Work Package planning and estimating support experience with multiple platform types of the Egyptian Navy including Perry Class Guided Missile Frigates (FFG), Fast Missile Craft (FMC), Mine Hunter Coastal (MHC), Patrol Coastal (PC), Coastal Mine Hunter (CMH), and Fast Patrol Craft (FPC).
