What will you be doing in this role?
- Assume ownership of implementation projects from initiation to close and be accountable for ensuring the ultimate success of the project
- Manage and balance business stakeholders’ and client expectations regarding schedule, cost, and scope and ensure project requirements are developed, clearly defined, and agreed upon
- Manage implementation projects to ensure compliance with Professional Services implementation methodologies, best practices, and procedures to continually improve the quality of project delivery
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of project tasks and proactive management and escalations related to possible scope and budget issues
- Monitor and report on implementation project key success metrics
- Assist in the continuous improvement and documentation related to standard operating procedures and processes for Intellectual Property Group Professional Services team implementations
- Support the Sales enablement process by assisting during demos, meeting with prospects to review business requirements and the implementation methodology, scoping projects, and drafting Statements of Work and Service Orders
About the team
IPfolio is the product the Clarivate product the team works on, and we are built on Salesforce. The projects range in size. They can be medium to enterprise projects, typically ranging from 4 months to a 1 year long. The team current has 7 Business Consultants, and 3 Technical Consultants. A project will typically include 1 or 2 Business Consultants and 1 or 2 Technical Consultants. Within the IPfolio team we have “business” consultants, these are the team members that know and understand the IP lifecycle and how the client will use IPfolio to support the IP lifecycle. The “technical” consultants are our Salesforce experts who can set up custom configurations within IPfolio.

- Full time, permanent
- Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours work may be required.
- 10% travel is required
