**Key Responsibilities**
- **Test Automation Development**:

- Design, develop, and maintain **automated test frameworks** for **web, mobile, and API testing**.
- Implement **end-to-end, regression, functional, and performance tests** using tools like **Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright**.
- Ensure test scripts are reusable, scalable, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- **Quality Assurance & Testing Strategies**:

- Develop and implement **QA strategies** to ensure high software quality.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and ensure robustness.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate **automated tests into the development lifecycle**.
- **API & Performance Testing**:

- Write and execute **automated API tests** using **Postman, RestAssured, or Karate**.
- Conduct **performance and load testing** using **JMeter, Gatling, or k6**.
- **CI/CD & DevOps Integration**:

- Work closely with DevOps engineers to integrate test suites into **CI/CD pipelines** using **Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines**.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and reporting of test results.
- **Bug Tracking & Documentation**:

- Identify, log, and track defects in **Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools**.
- Maintain clear **test case documentation** and ensure visibility across teams.
- **Collaboration & Mentorship**:

- Partner with developers to promote **test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)** methodologies.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for automation best practices.

**Qualifications**
- **5+ years** of experience in software testing, with at least **3+ years** in **test automation**.
- Strong expertise in **Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium** for automation.
- Proficiency in **Python, Java, or JavaScript** for writing automation scripts.
- Experience with **RESTful API testing** and tools like **Postman or RestAssured**.
- Familiarity with **CI/CD tools** (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines).
- Strong knowledge of **test case management tools** and bug tracking systems.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with **containerized testing environments (Docker, Kubernetes)**.
- Familiarity with security testing tools like **OWASP ZAP**.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry compliance (e.g., **HIPAA, GDPR**).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
