Job Title: Junior IT Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot network and system services, including printing, email, VPN, and internet access.
  • Apply IT policies and regulations to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Configure attendance machines and reporting systems.
  • Develop a good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals.
  • Gain experience in HyperV/VMware Server Virtualization.
  • Plan and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong written and verbal skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
