IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior IT Specialist to join our team in Cairo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot network and system services
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Apply IT policies and regulations
• Configure attendance machines and reporting system services
• Have a good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals
• Have experience with HyperV/VMware Server Virtualization and Backup & Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Good English level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
