About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Financial Consultant to join our team as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, specializing in Caseware products and services. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level support and guidance to clients in the implementation and utilization of Caseware solutions.
">Key Responsibilities

- Participate in Caseware product implementation and consulting services for professional practices and corporate clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.">
- Lead client discovery meetings to assess client requirements and define implementation and consulting project plans, fostering strong relationships with clients.">
- Provide tailored consulting services, including training in the use of Caseware products, to enhance client proficiency and satisfaction.">
- Conduct demonstrations to potential clients on Caseware products, representing the company at periodic Client Service meetings, and promoting our solutions.">
- Develop and maintain professional knowledge, staying up-to-date with current trends in accounting software and cloud software markets, to provide valuable insights to clients.">
Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in External Audit or Statutory accounting, with expertise in using automated accounts production and auditing systems.">
- Caseware Working Papers certification is mandatory, along with a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, FCCA) and fluency in English and Arabic.">
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Audit, or equivalent; a Master's degree is highly desirable.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, are essential.">
- Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.">
- Maintain and/or develop suitable training material/content for the use of Caseware Clients, and collaborate with subject matter experts to research, develop, and deliver new material, including articles, video, and audio content.">
- Prepare proposals and engagement letters, submitting them to the line manager for approval before sharing with clients and the Business Development team.">
- Identify scalable ideas and solutions that help drive future product enhancements, and assist in training new joiners according to the plans set with the line manager.">
- Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the line manager, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.">
