We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modernized Endpoint Microsoft Consultant / Sr. Consultant to join our Partner's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modernized endpoint solutions focused on Windows 10 to 11 upgrades, MCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager), Intune, and Autopilot with Co-Management with Intune.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute Windows 10 to 11 upgrade projects for our clients, ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruptions to their endpoint infrastructure.
- Utilize your expertise in Intune to develop and implement comprehensive device management strategies, including policy enforcement, software deployment, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user guides to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry developments related to modernized endpoint solutions, and provide recommendations on emerging tools and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Windows 10 to 11 upgrade projects, ensuring compatibility, security, and performance optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, including experience with Co-Management with Intune for hybrid device management scenarios.
- Familiarity with modernized endpoint security concepts, including threat protection, data loss prevention, and compliance management.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert would be advantageous.
