**Job Overview**:
Invitro Capital is seeking a highly skilled **IT Specialist** to oversee the management of our global IT infrastructure, including hardware procurement, asset management, help desk operations, and compliance. This role encompasses supporting the company’s technological needs across multiple locations, with a strong focus on DNS management, remote access, and production environment compliance. The IT Specialist will play a key role in streamlining onboarding/offboarding processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure and efficient operations for both local and remote teams in Egypt and the US.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up IT assets, deactivating accounts, and ensuring smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
- Manage asset inventory, tracking hardware and software across various teams to ensure accurate and efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide help desk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving user challenges, and delivering solutions for daily operational needs.
- Handle hardware procurement for both the Egypt and US offices, ensuring timely acquisitions, vendor management, and budget control for IT-related purchases.
- Administer and support Google Workspace, including managing user access, permissions, and ensuring overall system security and operational efficiency.
- Manage hardware issues by providing timely and effective technical support, minimizing downtime, and ensuring equipment runs optimally.
- Oversee new software subscriptions, ensuring licenses are up to date, and managing subscription renewals and usage.
- Maintain and monitor production environments, ensuring all systems operate within compliance standards and implementing necessary security protocols.
- Set up and manage tunneling and remote access systems, ensuring secure, stable, and efficient connections for remote employees.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, hardware management, procurement, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in DNS management, remote access, tunneling, and MDM solutions.
- Expertise in Google Workspace administration and technical support, including asset tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address hardware and software issues promptly.
- Proven experience in vendor management, including negotiating contracts and handling budgets for IT equipment and services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security testing tools and compliance protocols for production environments.
