Position:
Engineer I,Process Improvement

**Job Description**:

- Identify and design metrics/KPIs that should be monitored to keep business processes on track.
- Build and optimize the company's KPIs dashboard.
- Report business processes performance KPIs to top management and related stakeholders
- Analyze business processes performance and identify trends and provide insights to concerned stakeholders
- Identify and recommend business process improvement opportunities.
- Participate and/or lead teams, workgroups, projects, and activities designed to improve business processes performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 1-3 years of experience in in Performance Management activities
- Proficient Experience of Microsoft Power BI & MS office.
- Proficient Experience with relational databases including SQL queries.
- Strong Knowledge of data analytics
- knowledge of ETL concepts is a plus.
- Experience using big data technologies is a plus.
- Python skills are a plus
- LEAN and Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
