The Front Line Order Taker is responsible for assisting customers with menu selection, recommendations, and taking accurate orders in a friendly and hospitable manner. This role effectively keeps the flow of the stores moving smoothly by maintaining clear communication and teamwork.
- Assist customers with menu selection and answer all questions in a respectful and patient manner
- Repeat customer orders for accuracy before entering them into the Point of Sale System
- Ensure all ocall items are delivered in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure that orders comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion

**Requirements**:
English Language i

Bachelor degree or Equivalent degree
