**About this opportunity**:
Performance Engineer is playing vital role in reviewing the resolved Critical and Major incidents and work together with the recovery team to identify the root cause, define action point to implement the permanent technical solution to prevent any future recurrences. he is also the main responsible for POD’s preparations to be signed from the customer.

**What you will do**:

- Prepare the monthly POD’s of the project and supporting the operation excellence team for signing from the customer.
- Perform Alarm, TT, WO correlations to resolve the chronic issues in the network.
- Validate and analyze the network performance reports & prepare action plan for network improvement.
- Participate in technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible from the problem management perspective.
- Perform KPI Trend monitoring and post-deviation analysis.
- Drive maintains and track actions undertaken to drive improvements following governance methods.
- Propose predictive analytic model based on alarms/outages, QoS based on Capacity & Utilization trends.
- Responsible for a variety of reporting and analysis tasks. Extracts, compiles, and interprets key operational and statistical data. Will be responsible for the overall approach to reporting and analysis within the SDU.
- Develop new processes to increase the efficiency of reporting and consolidate & maintain departmental reports used internally and externally by parties such as to other groups, senior management, etc.
- Develop and maintain new standardized reporting on a routine basis, i.e., define, create, automate, and maintain operational recurring reports.
- Maintain a reporting schedule and documentation of reporting procedures. Generate and keep control documentation of reporting procedures to align with governance audits and regulatory requirements. Will also build audit process to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc duties in accordance with business needs and build / design new reports based on requests.
- Maintenance of reporting portal and maintenance of the reporting environment.

**The skills you bring**:

- Proven experience in field maintenance operations, particularly in the telecommunications industry 2 to 4 years.
- Strong knowledge of passive network elements and electromechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Data analyst and problem solver.
- Have a very good experience of Tools and automation.
- Have a good knowledge of establishing and maintaining Data base.
