**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company's financial activities to ensure optimizing the company's liquidity. Also handling all banks related activities with the company to maintain good financial position.

**Accountabilities**:

- Review collections report with received checks sheet sent by the treasury to ensure they match and send the reviewed to the CFO for acknowledgement.
- Develop cash flow forecasting reports on a monthly basis to maintain a long-term cash forecast.
- Oversee the cash management function, including customer collections, supplier payments and banking facilities as well as conduct management meetings on a weekly basis to propose the necessary corrective actions required.
- Calculate and book the warranty and bad debt provisions on a quarterly basis to ensure accuracy of Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) operation results.
- Analyze the financial package issued by the business units by classifying the business units’ sales, stock, expenses...etc. to show the impact of the business units’ activities on Ezz EL Arab’s financial position.
- Handle the banks relations by negotiating on the interest rates, submitting the required documents, contracts renewal, deposits interest rate, to maintain the relationship with the banks and provide the company’s needs from the foreign currency.
- Review the contracts by approving the financial and payment terms to ensure that they meet the budget and the company’s strategy.
- Analyze the operations cost with the lead team to ensure the cost efficiency, budget adherence, and determine the areas of potential cost saving.
- Manage the relationship with the principles regarding the payment on time, receiving and spending dues on time, to maintain a good relationship with them.
- Approve the employees’ personal loans to utilize the budget and to ensure that they are within the limits.

**Salary**: E£30,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month
