ROD Recruiter (Life Sciences) - Middle East

Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact and dedicated recruitment partner for the Life Sciences Client in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Morocco).
- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the Life Sciences industry.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with the Middle East job market and cultural nuances is mandatory.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the Life Sciences sector.
- Deep understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
