**Shift : 4:30pm - 1:30am IST**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **SEO Strategy Development and Execution**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and performance to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
- **On-Page and Technical SEO**:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Oversee technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and indexation.
- **Off-Page SEO**:
- Build and manage a robust backlink acquisition strategy to improve domain authority.
- Develop partnerships and outreach initiatives to acquire high-quality links.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation across third-party platforms.
- **Content Strategy and Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the content team to ensure the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Develop and implement a content calendar based on keyword priorities and audience needs.
- Guide the creation of multimedia content (videos, infographics, etc.) for SEO impact.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms to track performance.
- Generate detailed reports on traffic, rankings, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
- Set and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
- **Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Lead and mentor an SEO team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with web development, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive SEO implementation.
- Advocate for SEO best practices across the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in SEO, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio.
- Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
