HR Specialist
- 5+ years’ experience in HR & Administration with in-depth experience in Egypt and GCC Labour Laws.
- Develop, revise and recommend Egypt and GCC HR policies and procedures, laws, standards, regulations, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits.
- Implement and revise company’s compensation and benefits program to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Experience in payroll management.
- Develop, analyze and update the company’s performance appraisal program.
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Manage; develop of HR Department goals, objectives and system.
- Creating a positive working environment.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.
- Creating and preparing the legal documents concerning Human Resource Management.
- Manage job postings, screens applicants, manage job applicants to fill job openings.
- Organize, direct, responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or job description, or performance evaluation forms.
- Administer and supervise work visa processing, visa renewal and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination with the high-level employees.

**Qualifications**:

- BS/BA degree preferred (preferably in Human Resource, Business Management).
- Past experience in human resource Management.
- Firm understanding of logistic services.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 5 years (required)
