1. Maintenance Management:

- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all maintenance activities, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Schedule regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address issues, and plan upcoming tasks.

4. Troubleshooting:

- Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.

5. Inventory Management:

- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary parts while minimizing excess stock.
- Implement inventory control systems to track and manage stock levels.

6. Safety Compliance:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety training and drills for the maintenance team.

7. Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring the best products and services are procured.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms.

8. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.

9. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure all documentation is properly stored and easily accessible for review.

10. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in maintenance operations.
- Utilize methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.

11. Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to senior management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast needs, and make data-driven decisions.

12. Compliance:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.

13. Customer Service:

- Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

**What You Bring**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, PMP) are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a repair or service center environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of maintenance processes, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Quality Focus: Strong commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
