**About the role**:
The B2GaaS is a fully managed telephony service solution, Orange is responsible to perform release& change management activities for service

**Responsibilities**:
Manage Release activities on B2GaaS infrastructure.
Manage Release/change activities on B2GaaS for all B2GaaS customers.
Review Release Notes (RN) published by Orange engineering team.
Perform Feasibility study and risk assessment of new releases/changes for all B2Gaas services.
Initiate Change Advisory Board (CAB) with all stakeholders to discuss release/change management activities.
Initiate & lead CAB to approve or reject significant release/change projects.
Schedule release/change projects, and ensure availability of required resources (human, hardware, or software).
Interface with different teams involved in the release/change activities ensuring successful release/change.
Review all release/change projects for effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead continual improvement plans for Enterprise Telephony Change Management
Update LLD documents to reflect the changes implemented

**About you**:
Education/certification
Engineering, Computer Sciences or Telecommunications degree.
CCNP Voice or relevant experience.
ITIL certification is a plus

Experience
Minimum 3-4 years on IP Telephony experience / Data services.
Experience on Cisco IPT service implementation (CallManager, Voice mail system, attendant servers etc )
Multi-vendor knowledge is a plus.
Virtualization technology/service knowledge (VMware, etc )is a plus.
IP & Voice release management technical and design experience.
Project Management experience is a plus.
Ability to interface with multiple internal teams
