Acc. Payable

**Role Purpose**:

- Finance is one of the key functions in _VOIS, it gives an overall view of the organization’s financial status, it helps to determine the business strategy and direction as well as contributing to the organization’s objectives
- Accounting operation department is part of VOIS Finance which is mainly responsible for the day to day accounting activities, Enforcing the proper accounting standards while driving operational improvements & efficiencies for more accurate & solid financial reporting
- The accounting Operation specialist will be working closely with the accounting operations supervisor and manager to ensure that the accounts payable and intercompany processes are improving and stable following the global P2P process.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers by being the single point of contact in _VOIS for any invoices related queries.
- Assist in improving the accounts payable process through optimization and automation.
- Review the received invoices making sure that mandatory specifications have been satisfied as per_ VOIS policy.
- Perform the PO and non-PO invoices postings throughout the month on daily basis.
- Record and post the monthly intercompany transactions with _VOIS related parties.
- Reconcile the monthly intercompany balances with the related parties to assure balance alignment and to adjust any balance mismatch (if any).
- Ensure the timely collection and payments of the intercompany receivables and payables respectively.
- Prepare the required month end reports with the required comments and action plan for the aging items.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Fluent English speaker.
- SAP Experience is preferrable.
