The IT manager is accountable for the overall Weavr Corporate IT infrastructure, policies and related processes. They will work closely with the firm’s CTO, Head of Information Security and Head of Technical Operations on matters organisation-wide, technical support and technical risk management - and take the lead in overseeing the implementation and success of major IT projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, design, and implement technical solutions for the organisation’s IT needs
- Develop, implement and monitor IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation
- Prepare and manage IT budgets
- Work with the Head of Information Security to:

- Develop, implement and monitor IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation
- Devise and implement mitigating solutions for IT Risks
- Manage the relationship with and provide direction to our UK 3rd party IT support provider
- Design and implement measures to ensure security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
- Conduct regular system audits

**Your experience and background**:

- Several years’ experience working in a similar role, ideally with PCI-DSS and ISO27001
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Experience assessing IT risks and identifying suitable treatments
- Supplier management (software and services)
- Direct administration experience with the following tools:

- Google Workspace
- Jamf Pro
- Windows Endpoint Management/Microsoft Intune
- Apple Business Manager
- Experience with BYOD implementation
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for Apple systems
- Experience and desire to work within a scaling pan-European tech company with remote and home-based staff
