**Job Main Purpose**:
As part of the Compass HR organization, we have a central team which defines, designs, and builds the capabilities, culture, interventions, products, frameworks for One Unilever NALI, and provides the expertise we need to leverage to make the organization more competitive and to deliver business growth.

As part of our design principles, we will have several regional roles that will partner the business to ensure that we have the right focus and prioritize the needs of the geography. This role will work in close partnership with the NALI Business Leaders and the NALI HR Leads and will be focusing on end-to-end responsibility for the integrated Talent & Organization agendas.

**What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be?**

The responsibilities of this role will include deploying and landing those One Unilever interventions already referred to above, but also specifically defining the Talent, Capability & Organization agenda:

- Create and implement a wining HR strategy, processes and blueprints for NALI HR while working closely with the NALI HR leadership team and extended LT as necessary
- Deploy an integrated HR strategy by reviewing and unifying approach across HR Designs, digital revamp, organization, analytics, costing including internal and external customers
- Optimize the HR process redesign, streamlined HR ways of working, adoption, and governance for a future fit HR organization
- Ensure right strategy in place for an energized and engaged wide NALI HR function
- Optimize the organization design with the right cost & demographics
- Provide guidance to the HRDs/HR Leads on strategic workforce planning
- Leveraging agile methodologies and principles to ensure focus and prioritization on the most important levers for business growth and impact - integrated with the global E&I Agile evolution
- Project work depending on priorities
- Support the rollout and change management of global E&I Initiatives in NALI
- Strategic Mindset & breakthrough thinking about what current & Future HR Strategy & agenda requires
- Identify and share best practices across the business units across NALI HR community
- Further embedding of ONE NALI Culture across all UL countries

**Skills You Should Have**

- Good Business Acumen and the ability to read business needs & translate them into the right interventions
- Possesses Very strong analytical skills

**Experience You Should Have**
- Minimum 4-6 years in different HR/ Finance/ D&A areas
- Subject matter expertise in the Talent/Performance Management and/or Learning space will be helpful
- Whilst formal Talent & Learning Expertise experience is not essential, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate ability to work in capability building and talent development through their previous experience.
- Having handled, successfully led, and implemented projects within a matrix organization
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders across all levels of the organization internally in Unilever and with external with partners
- Preferably strong analytical/ numbers background
