Din primære arbejdstid vil være på nathold, fra 21:00-07:00 4 dage pr. uge

Du bliver en del af vores produktionslederteam, som foruden produktionschefen består af 3 Team Managers.

Hvordan ser din rolle ud:
Vi søger en leder, som kan understøtte og videreudvikle det gode arbejdsklima på natholdet, sikre et godt og sikkert arbejdsmiljø og et skarpt fokus på driften.

Som Team Manager vil du have ansvaret for 8-10 operatører, som arbejder i 5 forskellige produktionsområder.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

- Sikre en proaktiv indstilling til sikkerhed og fødevaresikkerhed, herunder at procedurer og standarder følges
- Videreudvikle dit team gennem træning, kompetenceudvikling, afholdelse af PDI mv.
- Sikre et godt samarbejde internt på natholdet, men også med de andre skift og afdelingens øvrige funktioner.
- Deltagelse i tavlemøder og bidrage aktivt i problemløsninger
- Løbende opfølgning på produktionsafviklingen, herunder planlægning, prioritering og gennemførsel af den daglige drift.
- Koordinering med øvrige funktioner - planlægning, vedligehold og teknisk support.
- Opretholde et miljø med god adfærd, respekt for hinandens forskelligheder og åbenhed til at stille spørgsmål og udfordre status quo.

Om dig:
Du tænker sikkerhed først.

Du har erfaring med ledelse i et produktionsmiljø, er teknisk stærk og har en god forståelse for produktionsprocesser
- og flow. Du skal kunne lede med empati og samtidig turde stille krav til dine medarbejdere. Du evner at navigere i en dagligdag, som ikke altid går som planlagt. Du er synlig i forhold til dine medarbejdere, og er god til at kommunikere, således at de føler sig hørt, og så de forstår bevæggrunde for strategisk udvikling og planer.

Du er vedholdende og effektiv i at sikre en stabil drift og ikke bange for at give en hånd med for at få gennemført driften.

Erfaring med lean, herunder tavlemøder, problemløsninger, 5S osv. er en fordel.

**Sprogkundskaber / IT**:
Du er god til at kommunikere på dansk og engelsk både mundtligt og skriftligt.
Du behersker brug af MS Office programmer. Kendskab til SAP vil være en stor fordel.
