We are a Contracting company based in KSA that is looking for an innovative and experienced Civil tender project engineer to work with remotely that will read and comprehend project plans and specifications, Comparing to company production practices., quote projects, work on the Boq and breakdown each item, follow up on awarded bids, Complete submittal, RFI, or quote corrections. Maintain and update CAD standard detail files along with company drawings, Verify completion of project and follow job production status.

**Tender Project Engineer Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the tender documents and specifications of the projects and identify the scope of work, deliverables, and risks.
- Understand the client’s needs and expectations and develop a winning strategy.
- breakdown each item in the Boq to specify the pricing factors, co-operate with the department's technical team of each item in the Boq to ensure pricing for all the items, collect all the prices and complete the quotation for the client.
- Prepare and compile the technical and commercial proposals, including the scope of work, bill of quantities, cost estimates, schedules, and terms and conditions.
- Ensure that the proposals are accurate, complete, and compliant with the tender requirements and the company’s policies and procedures.
- Submit the proposals to the clients within the specified deadlines and follow up on the status and feedback.
- Participate in the tender clarifications, negotiations, and presentations as required.
- Maintain and update the tender records and documents and report the progress and results to the management.

**Tender Project Engineer Requirements**:

- Preferred Education: Associate degree
- Preferred Experience: Between 1 and 2 years
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Civil construction industry preferred infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of plans, prints, drawings, and detailed plan specifications per customer requirements
- Preferred Working knowledge in Construction related field or infrastructure.
