Senior Loss Prevention Engineer

Responsible for team coordination and undertaking all technical responsibilities for the delivery of engineering & services projects.
- Responsible for technical solution verifications, preparing Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting engineering documents, and undertake all technical responsibilities.
- Undertake, perform, or supervise installations, commission & start up, preventive & corrective maintenance calls, and warranty calls for the customers with a service contract, or a warranty commitment meeting the contract obligations.
- Cover site attendance for all required project implementation site activities.
- Carry out site surveys, solution design, instruments selection, solutions integration for Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting scope
- Communicate with suppliers for technical and commercial purposes (tendering, costing, and pricing).
- Attend assigned projects technical meetings (KOM, clarification meetings, etc.) and Interface with the client for smooth operation and problem solving and handling all site activities.
- Responsible for the delivery of the assigned projects within the planned schedule, cost, and scope
- Undertakes preventive maintenance and service works for all accounts, and acts as a technical consultant to the client to the work undertaken.
- Follows up work progress with projects teams.
- Review weekly progress reports submitted by his subordinates and meets with them to discuss any issues.
- Manage Subcontractors at site
- Guarantee the delivery of all technical deliverables to the client and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient processes are implemented.
- To produce reports, proposals, technical documentation and user guides as required and to ensure other Team members and teams knowledge are up to date.
- Conduct awareness sessions for the team and GS employees when needed.
- Provide full technical support to the implementation team
- Provide feedback to the Instrumentation Team Leader on the performance of the engineers as input into their performance evaluations.
- Provide technical support to his colleagues.
- Manage teamwork planning, operation and internal problems solving to meet with department objectives.
- Handle team member’s internal logistics.
**Personal Skills**:
- Very good communications and interpersonal skills
- Very good command of English
**Technical Skills**:
- Expert knowledge level in the fields of:
- Fire Alarm Systems (mainly Simplex and Notifier brands)
- Gas Fire Suppression systems (NOVEC, FM200, CO2 systems)
- Foam Suppression Systems
- Gas and Flame detection
**Education**:
- Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics or Power Engineering.
