Sales Team Leader

1- Make a daily meeting with sales team members to discuss with them their yesterday visits, what they achieve and what is their today's plan. 2- Responsible about receiving visits feedback from sales team on daily basis and analyses them all to assure the credibility of their visits. 3- Collect data from sales team and send them all to telesales on a daily basis. 4- Encouragement, support and compulsion sales team to refer M2M leads to solution sales to help us achieving M2M target. 5- Responsible about run rate report. (daily basis) 6- Responsible about all CRM issues such distribute the visits, follow up, track and monitor visits including sales rep. feedback and record sales rep. feedback on the system. 7- Make random visits with sales team members on daily basis. 8- Responsible about the product mix report (Grand total) to be sent on daily basis. 9- Provide and send on daily basis daily achievement report (grand total). 10- Responsible about follow up the pending and rejected cases on activation sheet with coordination with back office and sales team to solve on daily basis. 11- Stick on board on daily basis the heights achiever & lowest as well. 12- Responsible about welcome visits report. 13- Provide and send the monthly achievement report including each sales rep. achievement divided to mobinil tariffs and comparing to its targets as well to evaluate their performance. 14- Attend monthly team leaders meeting to show results, problems, general update and take an action points to be at pins Cairo office. 15- Responsible about to held monthly meeting with sales team to show & discuss the results, and achievements to be provide it by team leader on power point. 16- Responsible about the headcount issue regarding his office. 17- Refreshment session every month for all team members on all tariffs. 18- Responsible to make a monthly test on all items for all members to assure their knowledgement. 19- Responsible to record in report product knowledge percentage regarding his team to use it for their evaluation. 20- Responsible about solving all sales team problems to provide a healthy atmosphere to work. 21- Stick on board office targets and where we are from it on a weekly basis.
