**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in
- MBA or specialized commercial diplomas would be an added value
- Specialized certificates and diplomas in
- At least 10+ years of experience in
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operations management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Software
- Understanding of Construction Materials and Methods
- Structural Rehabilitation Techniques
