**Software Tester Job Description**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Test Planning & Strategy:_
- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Design and document test scenarios that cover functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Test Execution:_
- Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring software meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Perform system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing across various platforms (web, mobile).
- Conduct performance, stress, and load testing where required.
- Defect Management:_
- Identify, log, and manage defects in a timely manner using tracking tools.
- Work with developers and product teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve defects.
- Test Automation:_
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using appropriate tools.
- Continuously enhance automation frameworks and explore new tools for efficiency improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing.
- Proven experience in test automation and scripting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in test automation tools.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, C#).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay: From E£3.00 per month
