**Manage Windows servers, including Domain Controller DC, DNS, DHCP, and File Server.**:

- **Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues.**:

- **Install and configure hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems.**:

- **Create data backup and recovery solutions.**:

- **Troubleshoot, install, and configure networks including LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, and switches.**:

- **Manage and configure IP telephone systems and cabling.**:

- **Provide technical support for both local and remote users.**

**Experience**:

- IT infrastructure and networking: 2 years (required)
