**Job Description**:
The VP Commercial is responsible for the overall commercial strategy and performance of the company's ecommerce business.

The VP Commercial will also work closely with other departments to ensure that the company's initiatives are aligned with its overall business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the commercial team and ensure that they are meeting or exceeding our goals.
- Good understanding of the P&L and full responsibility of developing the strategy to achieve the set targets
- Work with other departments to ensure that the company's ecommerce initiatives are aligned with its overall business goals.
- Working with suppliers to develop and implement category plans. This includes negotiating contracts, setting pricing, and managing inventory.
- Defining the category strategy and objectives. This includes determining which product categories are most important to the company and setting goals for each category.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of the ecommerce business and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in ecommerce and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in ecommerce category management.
- Proven track record of success in growing ecommerce businesses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders.
