Job Description & Specification:
This key role is to take ownership of the all technology domains and ensure alignment with the business unit’s systems integration strategy execution plans.
The BTS Head is responsible for leading technology strategy across ADEC Innovations..Acts as a leader, visionary, architect, project manager, engineer, facilitator, expert, advocate, counsellor, and trainer. In addition, the role partners with the organization’s clients, vendors, industry experts, and standards groups to define critical technologies, techniques, standards, and policies that address the firm’s challenges.
The BTS Head directs the BTS teams in all aspects of technology evaluation, selection, and deployment as well as directs the acquisition, control and maintenance of the organization’s infrastructure, architecture, information security and standards.

Identifies influencing factors for the Infrastructure solution (e.g. security, integration, network availability requirements) and creates architecture blueprints including reasons for architectural decisions and considerations
8. Participates in architecture brainstorming and design discussions with technical team members spanning across several platforms, and ensures that the IT infrastructure solution fulfils the agreed functionality and quality requirements given by the customer
9. Works closely with CTO senior management, and key stakeholders to create optimized models following key solution design methodology and provided technical presentation to the client focusing on key architecture design principles
10. Provide recommendations based on industry, security and infrastructure trends (e.g. virtualization, private cloud computing, automation etc.), and the standards followed
11. Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all AMDATEX employees.
12. Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all audit findings within the prescribed period.
13. Ensures awareness and compliance of all employees to the facility’s existing house rules.
14. Reports security incidents and / or any identified security weaknesses.
15. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
