**What we're looking for**:
We're on the hunt for a Medical Writer. You will be responsible for developing medical marketing communication content for various healthcare and medical campaigns. You will cover topics in clinical trials, treatments, procedures, medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, medical research/breakthroughs, and other educational materials. The Medical writer will also be responsible for developing persuasive marketing copy to promote our clients' products, services, and brands within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. This role requires the ability to understand and accurately communicate scientific and medical information in an accessible and compelling manner that resonates with both professional and lay audiences.

**To Succeed in This Role, You Need To**:

- Develop and edit high quality, medically accurate content for medical communication marketing campaigns, such as detailers, drop cards, leaflets, etc.
- Develop materials for presentations, including slides and information letters
- Perform background research
- Communicate with clients for medical projects, resources, and verifications
- Liaise with KOLs/ speakers for events
- Create and edit clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g., ads, blog posts, newsletters, white papers, presentations, brochures) in line with client's needs and brand voice.
- Understand, interpret, and communicate complex medical and scientific information in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Work closely with creative and account teams to understand the strategy behind marketing campaigns, ensuring that content aligns with the overall objectives.
- Collaborate with medical advisors to validate the accuracy of the scientific and medical content.
- Understand the target audience's needs and expectations to create compelling and persuasive messaging.
- Proofread and edit pieces for clarity, grammar, and punctuation, ensuring all written content meets quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends and regulatory guidelines to ensure content compliance.

**Medical Writer Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred
- Excellent English and Arabic writing skills
- Organisational skills
- Sound scientific knowledge
- Great attention to detail
- Background on social media, digital copy writing is an advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines
