Production Planner

**Your Job**
This position supports the Master planning area by managing glass manufacturing activities in our system following the Master Planner indications coming out of the weekly cycle. Accuracy on the execution creating manufacturing schedules orders in the system and agility to cover deviations is crucial for the OTIF results.

The role is based in 1 0th of Ramadan in Sharqia (Egypt).

**What You Will Do**
- Develop and manage manufacturing schedules in alignment with the Master Plan.
- Manage Plant Stocking Program
- Secure products availability for customers considering Safety / Production / Warehouse constraints in time and in full.
- Ensure IT tools & systems are used according to the Code of Conduct and Compliance & Ethics policy.
- Focus on minimizing controllable costs and maximizing resource efficiency.
- Provide backup support for team members as needed.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Previous experience in Supply chain role or/and planning knowledge. However, fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer focus with a keen sense of urgency.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to adapt to systems quickly.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
- Flexible work style, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
