**Requirements**:

- Strong background in retail industry it's a MUST.
- 7+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including previous management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
- Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in setting and managing security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
