- Must be Fluent in English (American Accent)
- High Speed Internet (min 10+ MB Download Speed and 2+ Upload Speed)
- 4 GB Rams laptop or computer and a Functional (USB) Headset.
- Graduate, Fresh Grads, Undergrads with a GAP year and Dropouts
- All Nationalities are Welcomed
- At least 3 months in Cold Calling (Real Estate)
- Familiar with used Dialers such as **(Readymode - CallTools - Convoso)**

Your position as a cold caller (Telemarketing Specialist) is to reach out to Homeowners and check who are interested in selling their properties, gather the information required and submit the gathered info through a google submission form to the Quality Assurance Department.

*Operation:*

- Full-time Only
- Full-time: Working hours 9 hours including 1 hour break
- 2 days off (Saturday-Sunday)
- Except for 2 Saturdays / month (Will be considered a working day)
- Shifts start from (4,5,6) pm to (1,2,3) am (according to the time zone in US).

Full-time: Basic salary 8,000 EGP (Net) & Upto 5,000 EGP KPI's & Upto 5,000 EGP Bonuses

*Target Based*

*60 qualified leads = 250 EGP*

*80 qualified leads = 500 EGP*

*100 qualified leads = 750 EGP*

*120 qualified leads = 1000 EGP*

*140 qualified leads = 1250 EGP*

*150 qualified leads = 1500 EGP*

*160 qualified leads = 1750 EGP*

*170 qualified leads = 2000 EGP*

*2000 EGP extra bonus for anyone getting over 170 qualified*

*3000 EGP extra bonus for anyone getting over 200 qualified*

*200 EGP daily bonus for the top achiever across the queue with a minimum of 10 qualified leads*

*250 EGP weekly bonus for the top achiever across the team with a minimum of 25 qualified leads*

Payment Via Payoneer on monthly basis only
