**ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB**

**ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise HO annual operating facilities services plan.
- Supervising facilities such as housekeeping, courier, Catering, Transportation, consumables, Landscape, printing, stationery, water, electricity,..etc
- Managing the day-to-day maintenance & housekeeping within the HO admin buildings.
- Implement Asset management and transfers.
- Prepare Budget and monitor monthly spend
- Ensuring Archiving services are implemented properly.
- Maintain proper catering management according to food safety policy.
- Manage the day-to-day Cafeteria operations.
- Supervising reserving & distribution of company products
- Managing & leading company internal & external mail
- Managing Furniture requests

**ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in FMCG in facilities management.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a pressurized environment.
- Possess leadership abilities and the capability to deal with people at all levels of responsibility.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English language.
- Proficient with computer usage of Microsoft office.
- Problem solving skills.
