- Lead important projects with various stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management (FLT) on various topics.
- Prepare various key reports on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Lead a team of professionals and analysts (Finance or Treasury associates).

**Minimum requirements**
- University degree in Finance
- Extensive experience in Tax / Finance management positions within the pharmaceutical industry
- Sustained Performance & Behavior
- Good understanding of country, regional and local dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to think broadly and innovate within the Pharmaceutical business
- Proven ability to work effectively across a matrix
- Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical procedures and trends
